Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis has a difficult, looming decision. Who’s going to be his head coach in 2025? Raider Nation is expressing some of its preferences.
As it stands, Antonio Pierce is still the head coach in Sin City. In many ways, his first season has been a complete disaster. Many point to his time management gaffes and overall poor decision-making—such as naming Gardner Minshew the starting quarterback. Conversely, a number of factors, primarily a depleted roster plagued by injuries, have worked against Pierce. However, while many Raiders fans have had enough, there are also those who desire some stability for a change.
Those who believe a change is necessary will likely find some intriguing candidates available. As a result, we took the question to our followers—out of the following choices, Mike Vrabel, Brian Flores, and Liam Coen, who would our followers prefer?
If it came down to these FOUR choices, who would you want as Raiders head coach next season?

Who can the Las Vegas Raiders hire this offseason?
The choices presented are unique in their own way, and if Davis chooses to opt for a change, they could drastically change the team’s direction. For example, Coen, a young offensive mind in the NFL, has made a name for himself, particularly this year. His offense ranks in the top five across several categories this season—points (4th), total yards (3rd), passing TDs (2nd), rushing yards (4th), and red zone scoring/touchdowns (4th). Whether you’re drafting a new quarterback or running it back with AOC, Coen could very well modernize the Raiders offense for today’s NFL.
Flores, on the other hand, is arguably one of the best defensive minds around. He’s done an amazing job in Minnesota. His unit ranks in the top three for rushing defense (YDS & TDs allowed) and sixth for touchdowns allowed. Oh, and fourth for points allowed. Flores would likely turn the Raiders defense into a powerhouse.
Of course, there’s also Vrabel, who, due to his connections to minority Raiders owner Tom Brady, appears to be a natural choice as well. It’s worth noting that Raider Nation has so far given Pierce nearly 22 percent of their votes, indicating that some people are still inclined to give him a chance.
